Kenmore European Industrial Fund Limited (‘KEIF’) is a Guernsey registered, limited liability, closed-ended, investment company.
KEIF's shares were listed on the London Stock Exchange on 25 September 2006. The fund was established to invest in industrial real estate assets primarily across Western and Northern European jurisdictions, excluding the UK. Kenmore Financial Services Limited, a subsidiary of Tamar Capital Partners, manages the portfolio.
