Investment Management Team

Kenmore Financial Services Limited is the Investment Manager of the Company. The key personnel responsible for managing the property portfolio are all employees of the Kenmore Property Group.

John Kennedy, Chairman

John Kennedy has over 30 years’ experience in the property market. He is Chairman of Kenmore Property Group Limited and has worked professionally in Scotland, Australia and the West Indies. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1973, formed Kenmore Investments Limited 20 years ago and ran his own building company before turning exclusively to commercial property trading, development and investment. He is a prior winner of Property Week Personality of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year.

Rob Brook, Managing Director

Rob Brook joined Kenmore in 1999 to head up the Group's London office. In 2003 he initiated Kenmore’s investment programme into Europe and has continued to expand Kenmore, making acquisitions in France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Germany. Rob was appointed Managing Director in 2006 and is responsible for the establishment of Kenmore's offices in Paris, Antwerp, Stockholm and Berlin.

Ron Robson, Group Finance Director

Ron Robson joined Kenmore in January 2008 with twenty years finance experience, most recently as Group Finance Director for The Belhaven Group plc, an LSE listed company. Prior to this he worked as Finance Director for ARR Craib Transport Ltd, as well as sitting as a non-executive Director on the Aberdeen Harbour Board.
