Alexandre van Haver, Investment Director

Alexandre Van Haver has over 30 years experience in the industry, including 15 years in operational functions in international retail companies and ten years real estate experience in roles with Devimo Brussels and at Banimmo Real Estate.  For the past two and a half years Alexandre has been part of the asset management team for Trading Places.

Stephane Wauters, Asset Manager

Stephane joined Kenmore's Antwerp office in November 2007 and is responsible for managing the existing assets in Kenmore’s Belgian portfolio. With over 20 years experience in asset management and project management roles, Stephane joins from Intervest Offices where he worked for two years as an Asset Manager. Prior to this Stephane worked for Colliers EPMC.
