Daniel Herrmann, Investment Director

Daniel Herrmann joined Kenmore in April 2007 to head up the Berlin office. A Chartered Surveyor with over seven years property experience, Daniel joined from a senior investment role at fund manager Hansainvest. Prior to this he was with Hammerson in Germany for four years.

Alexandra Hüther, Director Asset Management

Alexandra Hüther joined Kenmore in January 2008 with over 11 years experience in the German real estate market. Alexandra was with Donaldsons (now DTZ) from 2000 and played a key role in establishing its German operations. She was responsible for setting up Donaldsons Asset Management team in Berlin and worked on investment activity undertaken in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to this she worked for Haberent Properties, a Berlin based real estate developer.

Katharina Molina, Asset Manager

Katharina Molina joined Kenmore's Berlin office in January 2008 from REAL-ITY GmbH where she was in charge of asset management and letting. Prior to REAL-ITY GmbH, Katharina worked for Hammerson PLC for three years.

Clemens von Arnim, Investment Analyst

Clemens von Arnim joined Kenmore's Berlin office in September 2007 as an Investment Analyst. Clemens joins from CBRE, where he worked in the portfolio transaction team in Frankfurt am Main. Prior to that he worked in management consultancies for two years. Clemens is currently completing an MSc in Real Estate at the International Real Estate Business School in Regensburg.
