Nick Murray, Head of Europe
Nick Murray joined Kenmore in October 2007. Nick has 22 years experience in the real estate industry and joins from Arlington Securities plc where he has worked for the past 17 years. For the last five years he has been the European Managing Director, responsible for overseeing offices in Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid and Barcelona and expanding Arlington’s European investment and development business in Western Europe. Prior to this, Nick spent six years as Managing Director of Arlington’s UK Development Business.
Angus Marshall-Andrew, Investment Director
Angus Marshall-Andrew joined Kenmore in May 2005 to assist the growth of the Group’s European asset base. In the past year, Angus has been involved in the conclusion of more than €400 million of acquisition activity in Germany, Norway, Finland Belgium and Sweden.
Angus originally qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Cushman & Wakefield where he spent three years in Frankfurt specialising in German acquisitions. Post Cushman & Wakefield, Angus was with TrizecHahn and Doughty Hanson
Mark Cutting, Head of European Asset Management
Mark Cutting joined Kenmore in 2006 and is based in the London office. Prior to Kenmore, Mark worked with fund managers Curzon and Heitman. He brings ten years of experience operating asset management teams in Europe.
Giles Morse, Asset Manager Europe
Giles Morse joined Kenmore in August 2006 to work in the European Asset Management team, based in London. Previously at CB Richard Ellis, Giles has several years experience in the retail, office, residential and hotel markets.
Jonathan Greenwood, Asset Manager Europe
Jonathan Greenwood joined Kenmore's European asset management team in March 2007 to assist in the active management of their growing European portfolio. With several years experience in the Australian Retail Property markets, Jonathan was previously with Centro Properties Group (REIT) as Property Investment Analyst.
Cecilia Mirza, Acquisitions Surveyor
Cecilia joined Kenmore's London office in January 2007 to work in European Acquisitions. Having previously worked for SCI IMPRO in the South of France and Italy, Cecilia has a strong international knowledge in the retail, office and residential markets.
Keith Notman, Finance Manager
Keith Notman joined Kenmore’s Edinburgh office in October 2000. A chartered accountant, Keith has substantial financial expertise as a business services manager in a CA practice.
Stewart Maclean, Financial Controller
Stewart Maclean joined Kenmore in March 2005 and is based in the Edinburgh office. Stewart is a chartered accountant who has previously worked as Assistant Group Financial Controller for an AIM-listed occupancy services group.
Mary Hamilton, European Transactions Manager
Mary Hamilton joined Kenmore's London office in June 2007 to work on the corporate and funding sides of acquisitions and disposals in Europe and the UK. Prior to Kenmore Mary spent four years in private banking before joining the property finance team at Anglo Irish Bank in the City where she worked for six years. As a Manager her role covered commercial property lending for both European and UK investment and development deals.
