Chris Pope, Investment Director
Chris Pope is a chartered surveyor and joined Kenmore in August 2004 to set up the Paris office. Prior to Kenmore, Chris spent four years at The Royal Bank of Scotland as a Director in the Paris real estate finance team lending across all sectors. Previously, he spent a number of years with DTZ in London. During his time at RBS he was responsible for lending to the French portfolio and since joining Kenmore has played a major role in managing and building up the French portfolio.
Francoise Laurent-Guy, Director Asset Management
Françoise Laurent-Guy joined the Kenmore Paris office in January 2005 as Asset Manager after spending 4 years at LaSalle Investment Management in a similar role for Iberian assets. Prior to that she was with Jones Lang LaSalle in Property Management and Regus. Françoise is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
Alexandre Guignard, Investment Surveyor
Alexandre Guignard joined the Kenmore Paris office in March 2005 as an investment surveyor responsible for acquisitions. Before joining Kenmore Alexandre spent three years with Richmond Developments, a Paris-based asset management company and prior to that was at Archon, the French asset management company of Whitehall (Goldman Sachs).
Vivian Bouquery, Asset Manager
Vivian joined the Paris team as Asset Manager having previously worked for 3 years with the French quoted property company Bail Investissment in a similar role, with experience predominantly in the light industrial sector.
Yoni Lellouche, Junior Acquisitions Surveyor
Yoni joined Kenmore in August 2007 to assist the French acquisitions team. Yoni graduated from the Sorbonne with degrees in Corporate Finance and Real Estate and recently worked on the integration of IXIS and AEW Bank as an Investment Analyst.
