David Dahlgren, Investment Director
David joined Kenmore in November 2006 was previously with Aberdeen Property Investors in Sweden for three years. His work has included advising on investments, especially in Nordic real estate markets, including business development and investment transactions. He has also project managed a £100 million closed-end vehicle initiative that has recently completed its fund raising process.
Henrik Eriksson, Investment Analyst
Henrik joined Kenmore's Stockholm office as an analyst in June 2007. Previously with Aberdeen Property Investors, Henrik recently completed an MSc in Property from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
Johan Fernholm, Director Asset Management
Johan Fernholm is responsible for asset management in Sweden and Norway and joined Kenmore in April 2007. His previous role was Director of Asset Management.at Diligentia AB, a large property owner in Sweden. Johan has over thirteen years real estate experience and is a Civil Engineer, Master of Science in Surveying (Real Estate Finances).
Daniel Lindhagen, Asset Manager
Daniel Lindhagen joined Kenmore's Stockholm office in November 2006. Daniel began his career in equity research with Swedish investment bank HQ Bank and for the last five years has worked as a freelance business consultant advising smaller companies on business development issues, from financing and accounting to legal structuring and insolvency issues.
Kerstin Forsberg, Asset Manager
Kerstin Forsberg joined Kenmore's Nordic operations in September 2007. Kerstin joins from Kungsleden Fastighets AB/Realia AB, a Stockholm Stock Exchange listed real estate company, where she was responsible for accounting, project managing and the implementation of a new accounting system.
