An attractive initial ‘seed’ portfolio
The Directors believe that the real estate assets comprising the initial property portfolio were very attractive in terms of the quality of future dividend streams and capital growth opportunities.
Alignment of interests of Shareholders and Investment Manager
The Tavistock Group owns shares representing 20.93% of the issued share capital of TEIF. By virtue of such holding and with part of the Investment Manager’s performance fee to be paid by the company issuing shares to it, the company believes that there should be a strong alignment of economic interests between Tamar and the Shareholders.
